Meet Ruben Noe Coronado, Spain's first pregnant man and world's first transsexual father who gives birth to twins soon. Ruben Coronado, 25, is currently pregnant with twins after in vitro fertility treatment.  He and girlfriend Esperanza Ruiz, 43 will expect their first children together in September. Until then, Mr. Coronado will be the first man in world to give birth to twins.

Ruben Noe Coronado was born a woman and named Estefania or Stephanie.  Ruben Coronado is Spain’s version of America’s Thomas Beatie although there is a bit difference between them. Coronado is to do the sex change surgeries from woman to man after he delivers the expected twins, while Thomas Beatie who is now on his second pregnancy had already done the operation (but still kept her uterus) when he was pregnant with his first child Susan Juliette.
